Did some Dan Air 1-11 pilots do training in Manila Phillipines ?

Is this a question that could involve decades of backdated parental support being required ?

Mind you a BA Pilot claimed that it was unlikely a Dan Air pilot could have fathered children as they liked to do it alone.

Phillippine Airlines did fly 1-11s concurrently with Dan-Air in the 1970s so it is possible.

If I was in U.K. I would ask Terry Kenny about the training. Yes he does have children!

No. Just interested as the 1-11 is a favourite aircraft of mine. Why would I not be interested in the answer?

The answer is yes . Not particularly unusual. MON used the Singapore 757 Sim around 1989

Thank you, Spacegrand! It seems to be an efficient way of training crew on a new aircraft type but no doubt fraught with all sorts of issues in practice. Still takes place today I understand despite differing SOP's.
