China Eastern 765, an A321, shot a missed approach to 07L due to heavy rain. KLM 887, a B-744, was next and went around also saying they could not see the runway. Sounds like other aircraft went around and one that landed reported hydroplaning on the runway.

Runways were switched, about half an hour later CES 765 landed 25R with KLM 887 close behind again. Tower controller instructs CES 765 to exit A4 left turn B, expedite. Sounds like they missed A4, then given exit A3 expedite. A4 is a highspeed, A3 is a 90 degree turn. They reported off the side of the runway. KLM 887 given go around, they initially asked to go to Macau. Looks like they ended up in HKG though.

It doesn't sound like CES 765 evacuated, hopefully just slid off with little damage in the rain. The tower controller sounded a little pushy for the exit off the slick runway but she wasn't at the brakes. Still, a lot of runway for an A321.

Usual sources.
