Hmmm if you met the arrogant "gent" at customer affairs it just might be him and claiming to reprimand himself! I highly doubt he'd be punishing himself....

Probably thought it was from crew.

On the positive side, at least they treat everyone equally!

If this is the sort of language used when dealing with a customer complaint, can you imagine what sort of language gets used internally by Network Crew Control and the Accommodation department when 'dealing' with pilots' queries or complaints??!! :eek:

Years ago someone posted their roster on the board at the TBF . At the bottom were notes and comments from CC that described this pilot in not a very nice way. It was a slip up on CC that he got that copy of his roster and not the normal one.
They keep notes on everyone! Be warned!
