China agent

Can anyone recommend a Chinese agent for permits, and occasional ground handling coord? Am trying to strike a balance between being able to get things done with the CAAC and not paying hundreds for routine permit applications and changes.

We use Universal. I know this isn't what you are looking for but it is worth it for us as it saves a lot of time and mitigates potential frustration. Keep in mind the rules change almost everyday in China and having "missed" something isn't worth the possible cost savings.
