CASA FOI/MBA

Hi

Trying to find out if you obtain a position with CASA say an FOI slot. Would it be possible to undertake a Masters (MBA). That is will they give you time off to attend classes at university and still be paid.

I am lead to believe that half of CAsA is doing exactly that old mate.
Probably why it takes months if not years to gain "make work" approvals.
No wonder the Industry is going down the gurgler.

view the 'benefits' web page, its all there. i would be surprised if you couldn't sign up for an mba on the basis you can then understand your customers businesses better as an FOI.

Jeez Sunny, FOI's dont even understand their own business other than how to gouge the maximum in fees for make work approvals. How would an MBA enlighten them to the fact that overregulation is destroying a whole industry?

Easy Thornbird, I said understanding a customers business was the potential justification for getting an MBA, not that it would actually happen.....
