Could someone identify which airline was associated with this stewardess uniform. Probably 20-30 years ago.

Delta had FA uniforms of that color many years ago. I recognize the color from seeing my wife wearing it. But of course, DL didn't "own" the color. :-))
Not sure about airplane type by cabin decor but DL did have some DC10s back in the day.

If you also put this in the "Aviation History and Nostalgia" section I am sure you will get a quick answer from retired guys who married girls who wore that uniform!
Turned out to be National airlines.
