United Airlines to tie executive pay to customer satisfaction - BBC News (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-39675265)
Following the recent incident at O'Hare, United CEO Oscar Munoz will no longer become Chairman of the airline next year, reversing what had been previously agreed.
By the way the announcement is made, not by himself, it appears that the rest of the United board had to tell him, rather than he offered. He also appears to have backed out, pretty much at the last minute, from a requirement to appear in front of the US Senate yesterday, Friday April 21, where the handling of the incident would have been the centrepiece.
