Does anyone know about this, especially for YOKOTA and KADENA?
ICAO requires operator to determine whether ARFF is suitable for an aircraft we fly or not before flight.
For civil airport, we can find it AIP or Airport Facility and Directory,etc,
but I have no idea for USAF base that is available for alternate use.
