Have the DPA committee got the b@lls to recommend knocking back a last minute offer, the second one in a year.
The offer should be finalised at least 2 weeks before a vote. The comment that
"It is essentially the same as negotiations" is not good enough. Do not vote positive for this at the EGM.
Send the message an email the night before is not good enough, that means panic in Fort Fumble to me.
I'm not saying knock it back I'm saying reserve the right to discuss further and use the e-vote platform so all members can vote individually.
As for negotiating in good faith, have the company done this....
