Being a small operator with his own AOC I've successfully managed to stay alive for more than a decade fighting an unpromising battle against bureaucracy.
So far I was able to cope with my CAA and EASA but now I'm fighting a losing battle against Part-SPO.
Rewriting a new OM for aerial work doesn't seem to be the problem but when it comes down to SOP's and risk management I'm overstrained finding the proper structure and wording. Reading the regulations and the AMC/GM doesn't help at all. I feel like EASA doesn't even speak the same language.
Can anybody please provide a sample of a SOP (e.g. for aerial photography) so that I know at least what the structure of a SOP looks like.
