Hi everyone.

Just wondered if anyone had recently been through the three-day IcelandAir assessments? From what I've gathered so far, the first day is Personality testing, similar to most other airlines. Day two is interviews. Day three is a Simulator assessment. I've heard there's considerable emphasis on the personality tests. Has anyone any idea on further details for the interview or sim? For example, who usually does the interviews? What type is the sim done on, and where exactly? How long does an applicant have to wait after the assessments to receive a yea-or-nea? Any insight would be much appreciated and highly valued. There are a few posts roughly on this subject, however, they're quite vague or too specifically aimed at a small element of the process. Thanks to everyone. Keep flying safe.
