The North West is a pretty big area. Can't you be more specific. Apart from that I can't imagine many doctors doing it for less than the standard rate.

By the North West, I mean the manchester/liverpool area.
As far as the standard rate goes, I have had two quotes for my renewal with a difference of 50 quid between them.
