Predictable. SCMP editorial basically 'encouraging' CX to take strong action to 'control costs'. Of course, we all know that the lap dog editors jump when told to jump by one of their bigger advertisers. Place an editorial that the company can use to help justify the actions they wish to take. Storms coming.
