As some have most likely have noticed there are some severe disruptions in and out Berlin due to an ongoing ground staff strike (http://www.dw.com/en/flights-canceled-at-berlin-airports-as-ground-crews-start-strike/a-37912624).
I see that some operators are diverting to Dresden and or Leipzig (as an example this morning GVA-SFX EZ1591 (https://www.flightradar24.com/data/flights/u21591/#cb92336)).
What are the regulations saying in such cases ? Is it up to the passenger to accept this ? Are any kind of compensation due ?
