Hi, everyone.

I have B1.1 Easa Licence and 737 NG Type. Firstly; Is it necessary convert to CASA the licence to work in Australia? If it is necessary; how could I do it?

Yes it is necessary to convert to CASA if you will be working on Australian registered aircraft. You will need to have an approved organisation assess your experience and qualifications. They will give you the required steps you need to take to fill in any knowledge gaps. This will take the form of an RPL (recognition of prior learning) assessment. At the very least you will have to do AA (Aviation Administration). Contact Aviation Australia in Brisbane, they will advise.
