Hi there,

any input in regards would be very much appreciated, there is very little info regarding this company online and the little I could find is from over 10 years ago.
I believe the assessment includes some ATPL style quiz, a psycho test, interview and a sim ride but don't know much more.
Any help regarding sim profile, ATPL questions or anything else would be much appreciated.

Usual PPRuner career advisors stating how bad the company is, how awful conditions are and how management is made up of man eating dragons, please refrain from posting.

Does SO there do any T/O landding? or is it just cruise relief?

Expect the following:

20-25 ATPL questions

Psycho test. You get a bunch of statements you have to agree og disagree with. You can not prepare for this. Just answer what comes to mind when you see the statement.

SIM session. Take off on SID, join a hold over some VOR. ILS for landing. All raw data. Expect 737 full motion sim. They are out to test your CRM and not so much about how you handle the 737.

Interview. Expect one from HR and the chief pilot. Very friendly people. More like a conversation than a interview. They ask what you know about AAI and the life in Saudi. Where you see yourself in 5 years ++

What are the chances they extend you after the 1 year contract?? If so are there any real chances after being a cruise reliefe SO to making it as a FO that is allowed to Take off and land??

The chance of getting FO upgrade after 500hrs as SO is pretty good.

Are they looking for SO now?
I can only find FO and Commanders on their open vacancies page.

How to apply? There is no SO position on the web site!

New SO assesment end of March in Amsterdam is planned. You apply for the FO position through the website. They usally never put SO on the open vacancies page.

Dear all,

Hi,

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, the assessments and applications for AAI are owed now. For SO, FO and Captain. Unless they don't get enough good people, then of course it might reopen.

Aekis, can you please PM me? I've been absent from pprune long enough for them to have strangely removed an option for me to PM anyone...

I'm due for assessments end of this month with AAI. Would be good to pool knowledge. Maybe see you in AMS in a few weeks....

Hi HNP, yes they have. It seems to be a mid-year regularly annual intake. 2017 intake invitees have been notified.

Is it true that only ELP 5 can be accepted? Seems everything is on hold anyway :(

Hi everyone,

So we were told we would hear more from MountainHigh recruitment "after further review" to be concluded "over the weekend" (?!), but I've not heard anything. Has anyone heard back after last week?
