Are you sure there were only 3 189s built in 2016?

HeliHenri

Yes, officials GAMA figures.

The 2016 Leonardo Helicopters data published by GAMA currently excludes fourth quarter shipments (while the prior year data shown above is for the full 12 months of 2015), so the actual number of 189s (and 139s, etc.) shipped in '16 is likely to be higher.

You're right I/C ! Thanks :)
I haven't checked the quarters figures (shame on me ...) :}
I change the figures right now.

The 234 shipments of Robinsons make pretty dismal reading; down from the 893 of 2008/9.

What's going on? They are shipping helicopters in numbers not dissimilar from much bigger much more expensive machines?

The year has been hard for many manufacturers.

I was basing my comment on what I saw having walked through the production line and delivery centre in April 2016......

Sorry about the mistake 212man ! :)
But I'm not sure that the final figure about the 189 will much higher than 4 because Leonardo produced one unit during the first quarter, one unit during the second and one unit during the third ...

Wow the 407 figures are low compared to airbus 125

Consistent with the serial numbers exported on CCAR datbase.

The S300 numbers have doubled since last year!

No MD numbers? I know they don't make many but they do make a few still.

SK must be disappointed with the 76D sales numbers: 13 in 2015 and 5 in 2016. Hardly justifies the effort to go one better than C++, and I think the jury is still out whether they actually have gone one better with the new D.

MDHI has thus far declined to provide GAMA with its numbers. Ascend (www.ascendworldwide.com) shows 17 deliveries during 2016: 16 more MD 530Fs for the Afghani AF (taking its total to 27 (https://www.dvidshub.net/news/208114/afghan-air-force-receives-4-more-helicopters)), and a single civil delivery (an MD 530F to Two Bear Air (www.twobearair.org)). No MD 500E, MD 520N, MD 600N or MD 902 deliveries reported.
