I'm considering doing a bit of flying training with the intention of getting CPL/CMEIR on the PA31 and C208 at Vortex in Moorabbin.
I think they still have an arrangement where you do all your training and then get 100 hrs of paid 'employment' to see you on your way.
I understand that they will not let you fly their PA31s or C208 unless they are absolutely satisfied with the standard displayed.
However, I would like to know whether they have any ongoing positions or are the students just given a bit of work and then abandoned?
What is the scope for getting regular work from them?
Ideally looking for some feedback from actual or former employees.
Yes, I know they probably pay the minimum...
Yes, I know nothing is guaranteed for anyone ...
But, I just want a bit of background and what anyone's experience has been like. They seem like a good organisation.
