I am considering to convert to fixed wing. I know what is required for the conversion but I would like some advice on my employability after converting my EASA ATPL(H) to an EASA CPL ME IR(A) with frozen ATPL(A) credit.

After conversion:

Still employed in current position.
Early 30's.
MSc degree.
Right to live/work in the EU.
Senior First Officer.
+/- 100hrs fixed wing.
4800+ hrs multi engine and multi crew on helicopters. Mostly North Sea.
4000 hrs IFR.
800hrs PIC/2500hrs PICUS.
MCC.

Who would invite me without a type rating for an interview? Would having an A320 or B737 rating make a (big) difference? I prefer working anywhere in Europe but willing to go to Asia.

Thank you for your advice :)

I think you'd have at least as much chance as a fresh fATPL cadet, if not more. If you claim to have 2500 hours of PIC/us they might get suspicious. I think the max is 150..

Thank you for your reply.

Due to an agreement (written so can be proven) with the authorities every flight in the right seat may be logged as picus.

The CAA allows you to log PIC/US - in order to upgrade from CPL to ATPL.

Since you need 250 PIC for that, and already have 100 PIC for your CPL - you only need a maximum of 150 PICUS.

I'm not sure it would impress an employer if you claim 2500 PICUS!
