I see they are advertising again. Some time back the pay and conditions were average to say the least. Has any of this changed? What are the latest numbers if anybody out there is in the Know?

I do not know what you have there but I rather like their paysheme:

Captain: Basic 16000, Housing 4500, transport 400, Flying allowance 4000.....TOTAL 24900QR

Copilots; 5000QR less

This is the basic paysheme nowadays......
