My wife is on board ek17 due at Manchester in a couple of hours and i need to get a message to her from her family to say she has to rush straight to the hospital from the airport.
I wish I could phone or text but she's pretty hopeless about having her phone on at the best of times.
Tried the emirates call centre here in aus and in the uk and they won't do anything. Is there a different way to organise this, or will airlines not do it?
