Its odd how the locals seem to thrive on this as some sort of badge of honour while the rest of us realize its an indictment of a sick society. Who else would tout this on the front page of their newspapers as if nirvana had been reached? Most other countries would prefer to hide it somewhere in a small column on page 20.
Sub 100sq ft flats? That's winning????

Its Awesome! So Glad I bought my investment properties when I did. Now the tenants cant afford to buy. They will have no choice but to accept my rent increases. I hope the bubble never bursts and mainlanders keep hiding their filthy money in Hong Kong. If you didn't buy years ago because you were too consumed on having the latest apple crap, its your own fault. Just remember to pay your rent on time!

Trump will soon arrange a little exchange of gunfire in the South China Sea, that will sort the property prices out.

The entire Banking system of China is on the brink of a collapse. They just got an emergency injection of 100s of billions USD in December 2016 alone, to keep the Chinese banks liquid and afloat. Its just a matter of time when it all crashes down, looks like that Trump will accelerate the process with his trade policy. It might get tense in the South China Sea, no question about that.

Oh don't you worry, Trump will make America so great she will keep winning and winning until you can't take it anymore, and she will just keep winning :}
