How would one go about contacting BA by email on a good matter - as opposed to complaining?

Their FB page messenger just tries to sell holidays with no way of typing an actual message for a person to read, likewise you cant actually post anything on the page itself.

We had a slightly eventful trip Friday starting with a RTO and ending with a medical emergency in the airbridge at destination for which some praise is due to relevent cabin crew for helping my colleague and I deal with it.

Use this online form:

British Airways (http://www.ba.com/thankyou)

Put in as much detail as you can, and there are records of the people working that trip, and your comments and words WILL reach the person involved and their manager.

Having been in receipt of compliments and thanks through that web-form, I can confirm it does work and they will get the contact/thanks.

Thanks Tray Surfer, have done just that -

We went to the aid of another passenger who had a seizure and was bleeding from the head and unconcious after striking it while falling in the airbridge at our destination.

Local country airside staff just watched so we had to deal with it, until word got back to the aircraft, and a steward and stewardess came to help us with oxygen and medical kit, all a bit bloody but they didn't hesitate and we all stayed there for a good 15 minutes before local medical assistance came as the unfortunate lady started to come around.

We wanted to make sure they got recognition as we sneaked away to clean up :)

Good... :) Glad it all worked out well in the end.

And, thank you for stopping and helping. Amazes me how many people won't help.
