Fellow Aviators,
I have been looking on the Korean KOCA and MOLIT website for information regarding FTL's and Operational Procedures and Information for a Private OPS HL registered aircraft.
Its rather complicated if one is not familiar with the regulatory numbers.
Who has a copy of the lawbook available in English or can point me in the right direction?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
