Huds and EVS for all aircraft?

How useful this be for light IFR aircraft....indeed all IFR aircraft.

We know that electronics are still getting smaller and smaller. You can get an EVS system for the lightest of aircraft, only weighs 7 pounds for the sensor. But how long will it take to reduce the size of the Hud components so that even a Seminole could have the same capability. Hud with EVS integration and synthetic vision.

The Aspen approach vid left screen is actually a FLIR combined with a visual camera with the HUD overlay. FLIR/visual fairly useless in cloud or the cold mornings. Works well in smoke though.
