F4 Phantom Sim For Hire

There is an ex RAF F4 Phantom sim advertised for hire in Harrogate.

Has anyone used it? I am wondering how crude the visuals must be as the thing must be well over 30 years old by now.

Is it convincing? (I have lots of time in modern commercial sims)

Are there any other fighter sims around worth the effort?

Colleague used it a couple of weeks ago, he is currently LH seat type rated on the Falcon 7X, so obviously found it rather different, he enjoyed the experience and received interesting tuition, I think he said a costs around £160 per session and is well worth the money.
