Dear fellow PPRuNers,

Up till 3 years ago, loads of negative noise about this company. Last 3 years - virtually nothing. Would appreciate if anyone with inside knowledge could fill me in on where they are heading as an operation, current mood / activity / set-up etc.

Are the links to Lebanon still a factor, or have the two companies parted ways?

Any info appreciated - here or via PM...

Looks aplenty - but no-one who can spill the beans, seriously?? C'mon, guys - we can normally do better than this :ok:

Cant help you with your post EC......but Id like to make a more general point in response to your entreaty to get people to respond.
Fact is that many/most are absolutely petrified of posting for fear theyll get rumbled and get kicked out.
This side of the flying profession has several significant (overtly "respectable") operations that are run by individuals who make Robert Mugabe seem reasonable in comparison.
Bullying , unfairness , dodgy operation and a complete disregard for employment rights are rife.....but in the absence of even rudimentary company council representation, let alone collective representation through for example Balpa, nothing will change.
We are both familiar with one such operation which contains many sensible level headed articulate people.....who all of a sudden become deaf, dumb and blind rather than show backbone spirit and guts in defence of themselves and colleagues ( even dead ones) by sharing relevant information on this forum for fear of getting " noticed."
Twas ever thus sadly.
Sorry....didnt mean to hijack your thread.....but as a believer in the value of pprune as a force for good ( and not just mischief) It can be soooooo frustrating.

I hear you, Sheikh - several companies in this sector are not healthy for the soul, eating a tiny bit of your professionalism away each time you report for duty. Guess we're the fortunate ones...

And - turning back to Imperial - we have to do our due diligence to make sure it remains that way. The silence, despite the number of views, says just as much as a full-blown rant...

I have some experience with them as business partners.

Long story short:
on 27/02/2018 our company "Visa Concord" made agreement with Imperial Jet for a charter flight for our customer, the full payment is done soon after that.
17/03/2018 Imperial Jet could not perform a flight due to technical issues with plane, we had to urgently arrange a new charter for our customer at own cost and with own resources
after numerous email exchanges on 03/04/2018 Imperial Jet acknowledges own liability (in written) to reimburse part of the money - 27'950 Euros to Visa Concord.
after weeks of bringing reasons like "we can't pay because of holidays" or "accountant was out of office" they've sent a SWIFT for payment in may 2018.. and it was FAKE. money never reached us.

all above mentioned is proved by emails and documents. I highly discourage you anyone from working with them. Not only verbal promises are not kept by them, but also Contracts and Written agreements are breached.

we consider suing them in court very soon.
