Hi everybody,
We are looking for some positions in China but with a big family I would like to return to my base as much as possible. Do you know of any Airline that has this type of roster?

Capital Airlines pilots based in Sanya seem to return to base mostly.
Not sure if what base is available to new joiners though.

I believe Spring Airlines are also not doing that many nightstops. Bases in Shanghai, Osaka, Beijing(?) and Bangkok.

China eastern through a broker aviation agent Asia. Bangcoc based 20 on 10 off with a pay of 13k per month.
