Hey, can anybody tell me which ATPL Questions do they ask during the Assessment? What do they test at the first recruitment day?
Thanks for your help.

Hello Katie, We might be on the same day...

I can't find any info about their assessment either.

Did you manage to find anything ?

I've tried searching for the on Google but honestly cannot find anything about it, I presume it is internal scheme and/or for fATPL holders only?

Edit: Just seen PCN, appears to be related to the Wings Alliance programme.

The first day is a group exercise, a technical test (basic ATPL, multiple choice), a HR style interview and a technical/situational based interview. Prepare to be sitting around all day. You will likely be there from 9-5 and spend less than 2 hours actually being assessed.

Err no - its nothing to do with Wings Alliance despite what they might like you to believe.

As t-bag says it has nothing to do with Wings Alliance. I attended the selection after applying directly to them and I know at least two of the other people who I was there with had nothing to do with Wings Alliance. It is fairly easy to find the application form on google.

Here is a link to the scheme.

Thomas Cook Airlines UK Platinum Pilot Scheme (http://www.iagoplatinum.com)

This isn't a scheme ran by the Wings Alliance, but they are prepping some of their graduates for it.

What type of questions? is it difficult to prepare?

The cadet scheme is a 7/5. Any new successful recruits for the cadet scheme (which from their web site states that it is now closed for applications due to the high volume of online applicants) probably will not start any TR/base/line training until March/April 2018 just prior to the start of the new holiday season. Current contracted FO's on 7/5 will be rostered until 31st October 2017 with 01/11/2017-31/03/2018 free.
