Just flew LHR-YYZ on BA followed by a European connection. Haven't flown BA in a while but on previous occasions have been satisfied with service.
However, really quite disappointed with the service on the Atlantic legs, both ways (but especially noticeable on the return leg). Flew in Y so not expecting bells and whistles. Flight staffed by WW including an unusually large number of senior CC. They all seemed disengaged and disinterested (not impolite mind you) and tbh, didn't really give a great impression of the brand. Some of them even looked like they couldn't care less about their own appearance.
Interestingly, the EF staff on the connecting flights were really very good, cannot fault their performance.
Any other recent experiences? Are there especially low levels of morale on WW as compared with the other fleets?
