If this report is true:
Migrant jailed for attack on Austrian boy has conviction OVERTURNED | World | News | Daily Express (http://www.express.co.uk/news/world/723868/Migrant-jailed-Austria-attack-boy-10-sexual-emergency-has-conviction-OVERTURNED)
then it looks like it's not only the UK that has judges who are not fit to hold the position that they do.

The report states that as the man may not have been aware that the 10 year old boy didn't want to be abused, he couldn't be guilty of rape, only of serious sexual assault.

Sexual emergency eh? Unable to understand the language when boy says no?

I understand that the word for "no" in Iraq is "Ni" and most countries in the Baltic area have variations similar to that. How could he not understand?
