I hope the captain logged the latitude, longitude and time of the event. This evidence will be needed to determine if the child will be deemed to be of Tasmanian or Australian nationality.

Huge ramifications for the future prospects of the innocent......

what will they name it?EMS pilot had an Aboriginal child born on his aircraft where the Mother asked the nurse the name of the person sitting up front. "Sam the pilot"? she asked. So there is a child saddled with the name "Sam the pilot" somewhere out there.

Queensland is nearly as bad.

Queensland is 20 years and 1 hour behind Victoria.

It took them 20 years longer to put fluoride in the water and they are an additional 1 hour behind due to their inability to sign up for daylight savings.

"En route from King Island to Tasmania"

Isn't King Island in Tasmania?

Or did King Island secede when I wasn't looking?

Don't look now but the bloody idiots (http://www.abc.net.au/news/2016-09-28/mackay-council-vote-stop-adding-fluoride-drinking-water/7885584) are now taking is back OUT of the water.
