View Full Version : Early baggage check in YVR (Vancouver)?
Can't find the answer on the interweb thingy. Out of cell phone reach until Wed.
We're travelling LH YVR MUC in C. Flight leaves at 1840. We'd like to drop off the bags around 0930~1000.
I think LH are handled by AC at YVRAP.

Well. I was misinformed. AC does not handle* LH at YVR. LH desk opens 4 hours before departure time.
*According to a disgruntled AC employee "We don't have access to their computer system". Do they make up these excuses on the fly?
On the arrivals level there is a left luggage service. Cost us $20 for 4 bags.

Let me see if I've understood this.
You think AC handles LH, determine that AC accepts bags up to 12 hours in advance, find out that AC doesn't handle LH and assume that when an AC employee says that they can't access an unrelated airline's DCS that they're making excuses?
Whaaaa?
