Hats off to the cameraman who captured the RAAF F/A18 Hornet display at Bathurst today. Over 6 minutes without a single cutaway, and every detail perfectly captured and in extreme close up without shaking. I'm reasonably certain this would have been from a helo equipped with a stabilised camera mounting but boy was it good! Watched it on proper HD on Foxsports but the Channel 10 pseudo-HD was way below par. Sadly I doubt whether this will be available offline unless you can time-shift the Foxsports coverage.

Virgin B738 flyover also great- you could even see the oscillations as they stabilised altitude for the flypast. And as for the camera-work on the V8's.... excellent.

It was a great display, great to see rolling manouvres thrown in there as well. It's been a while since an F18 put on a display like that, what's changed?
