This weeks "Flight" says they are sueing Boeing and the company that refurbed the 767's they got from QANTAS - apparently on time performance has been less than 15% due to all sorts of snags.............

The MD said the first aircraft came with 200 snags after conversion. Um he's obviously used to accepting brand new aircraft as the golden rule post conversion is don't accept the aircraft with any snags - simples.
(and was it the cheapest conversion?)

I would seriously consider using Westjet Club instead of BA on regular trips to YVR but what appears to be a very poor on time record really concerns me and is stopping me doing it. Has it improved recently now the aircraft have settled in or is it just a case of old and few aircraft so just ongoing problems?

Well, would we expect him to admit it if they did poorly now.
