Try to get hold of the definitive guide "Immunisation against infectious disease" Department of Health 1996 (The Green Book).
Alternatively try the manufacturers, Evans Medical (YF) 01372 364000 or SmithKline Beecham (Polio) on 01708 379000.

Basically I deal with long term sick crews and some of them who had the Polio and YF vaccines on the same day now suffer various neurological problems which they claim is a result of the joint accines and I am researching this aspect.
