You all probably know this as the Grace Spitfire ML407 (G-LFIX).
Nothing seems to have been reported, so let's hope all OK and back in the air as soon as possible.
As a two seater, obviously gives people a chance to feel the exhilaration of "flying" a Spitfire.

Yes Sywell, not a good week, the Vampire bellied in after losing the canopy and engine at Reno, the P-51 did its prop in the UK as well, and the Albatross replica lost itsa engione on the way back from France after dropping poppies at the WW1 memorial, caught a fence and ended up on its back minus a wing.

The Grace Spitfire ML407 recovery process is going well. The shock load testing showed that the engine remains serviceable. Other inspections including NDT have had results (as anticipated) showing no problems. Our Air Leasing team are being supported by the very best and most helpful specialists, and my personal gratitude goes out to them all!

Just to clarify a little; the Vampire lost the stbd. canopy panel,not the whole canopy,if you look at the pictures carefully; and then a flame-out short of a runway.
The Mustang incident is believed to have occurred in Sweden.
The Albatros caught a fence unfortunately.
