Seems minister Chester thinks all is well with GA.

GAAP airports (or whatever the sh*t they're called this week) are less than a fringe issue, noone cares, I'm surprised I even heard it on the radio today.

Yes. A very good article, Sunny.
I was reading that a couple of hours ago.

The comments from Ben Morgan and Professor Forsyth are, of course, spot on.
The response from "a CASA spokeswoman" on one point caused me a chuckle...
"CASA has made significant progress and is working toward..."
Similarly...
"A spokesman for Bankstown Airport moved to allay concerns about aviation at the site".

Lightened my day, it did.
