i have seen in their website they are recruiting.
i´m 29. 2000TT (800 turbo prop, 400 jet)
Any chance with an African airline? I ve seen that most of them look already type rated CAPT/FO

They are hiring non-type rated captains and first officers to be trained in China by their parent company HNA airline. They operate Embraer 145.

No, it is not self sponsored. The company pays for type rating training on ERJ145 and bonds you for 2 years.

They have advertised again for co pilots today.Now only type rated EMB145 are accepted unless you are local.I don't understand the point of revising the requirements?Guess they must have received thousands of CV's?

I guess they realized its more practical to hire type rated guys......on to the next gig.
