Korongo airlines

I have just seen a Korongo Airlines flight on PF Air. Having not heard of them I looked them up. They, apparently, no longer exist.

The Reg was EI-EBC which is a Ryanair 737.

Anyone know if they have been resurrected by Ryanair?

Let's consider the options:

Ryanair decides it needs a new brand, and chooses to resurrect the brand of an airline which operated one 737-300 in Congo and which was shut down a year ago (https://press.brusselsairlines.com/korongo-airlines-ceases-its-activities) by its 40% shareholder Brussels Airlines, and despite being a publicly quoted company does so with no communication of any sort
There was a one-off data glitch (or equivalent) in planefinder
