Hi I am trying to find out what permission is required to use private grounds in Spain for using a helicopter on a regular basis. Looking at the possibility of a helipad within semi rural private grounds. Any information or pointers would be very much appreciated.

Many thanks in advance

James

It's all about the flight plans - there is a brief article at Landing off-airfield by helicopter in Spain : Helipaddy support (http://helipaddy.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/8000036025-landing-off-airfield-by-helicopter-in-spain)

Spanish AIP regarding casual heliports:

3.7. Casual heliports
Casual heliports are surfaces that have the minima safety conditions to be used by helicopters on a temporary basis.

The utilization of these fields are subject to the authorization of the terrain owner and the Agencia Estatal de Seguridad Aérea and limited to a maximum of three landing and
take-off operations a month, except for aircraft in special operations.
