No slides involved. Pax simply sent back into terminal. "Disembarked" would have been clearer than "evacuated", but "evacuated" makes a better headline.
..No slides, passengers told to exit swiftly via steps and/or airbridge = "Precautionary Rapid Disembarkation" in some books.....

seems sensible if fuel spillage.
Precautionary Rapid Disembarkation
Or Rapid Deplanement in others.
Rapid Disembarkation - SKYbrary Aviation Safety (http://www.skybrary.aero/index.php/Rapid_Disembarkation)
Our SOPs for such an event are for the Captain to call the In-Charge FA who makes the PA - that way passengers don't hear "the voice of god" and think they need to pull emergency exits. Very sensible for a fuel spill when still connected to the bridge.
