.......having found SWMBO sitting in a blue cloud in front of our new confuser with W10 trying to work out why it won't accept her old address book which is 190 years old, "unable to process this application" - can anyone suggest an address book application that is easy to use, will print a list (eg Christmas card list), labels etc and generally reduces the angst levels in the Rossian household.

Apparently she had typed in "create an address book" and it came up with "scanning the thousands of apps to help you" of course it didn't help one iota.
The mail system is Outlook in office 2016 BTW.
