I know it's a boat, but still, what a way to treat our heritage

A repeat of what has happened to a number of preserved ships around the Uk over the years (HMS Plymouth, HMS Kellington, HMS Iveston and City Of Adelaide/Carrick). s

It's a ship, actually, but I do agree. One thing from the report - wooden decks aren't "corked" they are "caulked"

Yep, it's a boat, just an old boat.

People moan when they, or planes, are smashed up for matchwood or melted down to make razor blades. Some people just moan a lot.

Maybe we should preserve everything.

Take a pic and scrap it. (Not a plastic boat is it?)

In recent years, the ship has become increasingly neglected, even having a tree growing out of her, and last month she sunk at her stern, leaving her resting on the bottom of the dock.

Could not at least the tree be saved? The Prince could encourage it by talking to it. I'm sure that would perk it up.
