Does anyone happen to know if the flying life autobiography of retired Malayan Airways and SIA captain Ho Weng Toh (Winky Ho) has been published yet? It was due in Singapore sometime this year (2016) and I would dearly like to get a copy as Winky and I shared many a laugh together in the cockpit of Malayan Airways DC-3s.
He was one of the really good guys from those early halcyon days.
