RWY elevation on 07 chart is bold text,
but other on 25 is normal text.
do you know?

Possibly a typing error by whoever drew the chart? They do happen occasionally

The runway is on a slope. Each runway threshold will have its own elevation. Hence the difference in values. I suspect the bold is there to highlight the difference.
Zooker are you sure you worked in ATC?

Yes, it's obvious - 07 is different from 25, but 25 isn't different from 07 ...

however, I think RWY 25 is also bold word, your way of saying.

I read it as the Threshold of RWY 07 is 87 feet above mean sea level. The Airport Elevation is 119 feet amsl. This being the highest point on the maneuvrering area. Then the Threshold of RWY 25 is 76 feet amsl. This is borne out by the minima of the approach alongside.
In other words the runway is not level
