Hello!

The school is still operating here in Port Elizabeth. Their reputation is alright but they are a little bit on the accident prone side. I've heard some stories around the airport about them. They operate the Sling 2 which is a South African built (and incredibly lovely aircraft) airrie. It's not much of a training platform however, one hears stories of students pranging the nose wheel on landing a couple times a year.

Otherwise everyone is very friendly and they have a lot of students. You can expect to fly a lot. I don't know how the training as far as what they teach but I know the sling is cheap to fly per hour.

What exactly are you after?

Hi there! The stories about landings on the nose are true, it has happened quite few times in past. And true you can expect to fly a lot, and sometimes a lot more than necessary. Remember, the more you fly the more you pay, specially when it comes to multi engine training.
Sling2 is a lovely plane, but some of the aviation authorities around the globe don't seem to recognise that plane as suitable for training, which means the hours you build on that plane might be partially or totally discarded by those countries.
Same story with the Twin Comanche, used by the school for multi engine training.
If I were to choose a school, I would look at other options...
