2.Stfl LTG 61 is having a closing bash at the end of 2016. Sqn is inviting all old exchange officers. Can someone give me their contact details or get them to pm me for details? Huey

Hueymeister. Sorry to hear Landsberg is closing. I was on exchange with the C160 1976/77 2.Stfl LTG61. I do not know Dave Williams or Dai Potter who I assume were the helicopter exchange officers and served later. I will ask a colleague who should know their whereabouts.

Last heard of servicing the Great Gabbard array?

Flt Lt Cyril Peters DFC (Halifax 1944-5) was fit and doing public events in the last year or two. I vaguely remember him having done a tour as QFI at Landsberg in the early days of the rebuilding of the Luftwaffe. Has lived in the Sleaford area for many years.
I have not personally been in touch with him for too long.
