Hi, I was just looking at the emergency procedures in the event of the landing gear retraction failure. It says that if there's a retraction failure, for example the lights are not extinguished after up selection
1. Airspeed below 160 kts
2. Throttle reduce to 70% torque. Was just wondering why is that the case. 160kts and 70% is not the services limitation
