FLV is reproduced sound only

I have a USB stick with some FLV files that when played give me only the sound track rather than both the visual and sound ones. Any ideas on how to get the image back?

If you are using Windows Media Player try downloading VLC. It's free and works well, just be careful where you download it from, make sure you get the official copy to avoid having malware added to the download.
